Low Cable flys

Body weight Dips till failure 18 reps

Chest felt full and tight, had a good pump
@codezz bench press is good 120kgs but gotta get some naps in
 
nice job man hopefully you can make up some more sleep and try to push 7 or 8 hours

Nice job, hitting the bench. Those are some pretty good weights you're doing.
 
Incline, press dumbbells and low cable flies are perfect back to back.

good job on those.
 
peck dec is a good one.
A lot of gyms don't have it.
 
dips till failure is good.
But be careful with those shoulders not to over-train

if you want to get a crazy pump on chest day then try 10x10 workouts.

do 60-70% of the weight you usually do.
 
incline press dumbbells are perfect.

Rear delt reverse pec deck

Update, the little toe is still a little bit sore but I feel like it's getting better, so that's a win, mustn't be broken after all


But shoulders were feeling pumped and full

I love utilizing dips for the deep stretch and building chest and shoulders, excellent for Triceps as well.
