chest day looks good, bench press is solid.

both looks good.
 
the gyms usually get packed around 5-6.
pretty normal if you ask me.
 
warm up and back down in weight no problems.
make sure you are doing some warm ups on bench day as you are.
 
nice pyramid up and drop sets.

get a nice pump and volume that way.
 
reps and sets are on point.

i'm happy with this, you are doing great.

Set 1 - 4, 28kg, 15 reps


Dumbbell curl
Set 1 - 4, 16kg, 14 reps


Single arm over head dumbell
Set 1 - 2, 16kg, 15 reps
Set 3 - 4, 14kg, 15 reps, last 3 reps of each Set were assisted


Preacher bar
Set 1 - 4, 25kg, 15 reps


Single arm cable
Set 1 - 4, 8kg, 15 reps, I love this exercise, always get a good squeeze and burn

Set 2, 44 kg, 8 reps, this weight felt heavy,
Set 3, 44kg, 8 reps
Set 4, 40kg, 10 reps, shoulders feeling pumped and swollen

Cable Side raises
Set 1 - 4, 6.25kg, 15reps, very slow and controlled up and down, was on fire

Rear delt reverse pec deck
Set 1 - 4, 54kg, 15 reps

Seated Front raises
Set 1 - 4, 12kg, 15reps


Barbell shrugs
Set 1 - 4, 70kgs, 20 reps

Finally got heavier then 150kg on bench, felt nice and heavy but I want 160, so that's the goal soon, I will get there just a matter of time
