Dumbbell curl

Single arm over head dumbell

Set 3 - 4, 14kg, 15 reps, last 3 reps of each Set were assisted
Preacher bar
Set 1 - 4, 25kg, 15 reps
Single arm cable
Set 1 - 4, 8kg, 15 reps, I love this exercise, always get a good squeeze and burn
