Back and bicep workout
Barbell rows
Set 1, 60kg, 15 reps
Set 2, 70kg, 15 reps
Set 3-4, 80kg, 10 reps
lat pulldown machine
Set 1 - 4, weight stack 14, 12 reps
Reverse pec dec
Set 1 - 4, weight 52.5, 15 reps
Straight bar pull down
Set 1 - 4, weight stack 10, 15 reps
Bicep ezy curl
Set 1 - 3, 25kg, 15 reps
Standing Hammer curls
Set 1 - 3, 16kg, 15 reps
Seated wide bicep curls
Set 1 - 3, 12kg, 12 reps
today is leg day, so should be good fun yet sore hahaha
@codezz very good volume but you think you can pump out more leg press reps?Trained with a work mate, and pushed me to go heavier on most my exercises,
since ill be doing 2 legz a week now i think i might do 1 super heavy session then later in the week to do a lighter session but we will see

Set 4, 290kg, 8 reps, absolutely dead
Set 5, 220kg, 11 reps, tried for a few more but legs couldn't haha
Dumbbell lunges walking

Leg extension

Laying down hamstring curl
Set 1 - 5, 58kg, 15 reps
