Thanks mate, they definitely still feel heavy this morning, and DOMs are slowly creeping haha i can feel it

Slept 6.5 hrs

Leg workout

Leg press
Warm up, 130kg 20 reps
Set 1, 170kg, 15 reps,
Set 2, 210kg, 15 reps
Set 3, 250kg, 10 reps
Set 4, 290kg, 8 reps, now to taper back down
Set 5, 250kg, 10 reps
Set 6, 210kg, 8 reps, im slowly dying
Set 7, 170kg, 8 reps


Hack squat machine
Set 1 - 4, Body weight, super slow, 15 reps


Leg extension
Set 1 - 4, 68kg, 15 reps,


Laying down hamstring curl
Set 1 - 5, 61kg, 15 reps


Seated calf raise machine
Set 1 - 4, 40kg, 15 reps


Getting up from dinner was hard, legs feel super heavy, and i know what I'm in for over the next few days, dreading the doms coming hahaha
@codezz 6.5 hours sleep is pretty good imo. That’s about all I get anymore.
