Welcome to my new log!!
This log will detail my end of 2023/2024 cut/pct time then into bulk cycle into 2024. Complete body transformation by May 2024 that will be just finishing pct and cut if needed before summer. During summer we'll maingain and plan a new cycle for fall.

Current weight 191.3lbs. 13% BF

Currently on pct and using laxogenin and Hydroxygenin along with a sleep aid and puerarin and l-dopa. Goal to cut to single digit body fat. Approximation of losing 3.5% bf.


Bulk Cycle: Will start around middle of December 2023. Values below are starting mg/wk.

Pct with tamoxifen and Nolvadex

Bulk diet:
Starting macros around 4000cals/240P .Will adjust up as we go.

Current workout split will be This in a progressive overload lifting
Monday-off
Tuesday-Cardio abs
Wednesday-Cardio abs
Thursday-legs
Friday-chest and triceps
Saturday- shoulder and biceps
Sunday- back
Cardio will be 10-20min at least 5 times per week

like your new diet
training, we need actual deals so what you're doing exercises, sets, reps and weights

Okay will be doing. Should I be doing this during this time before the bulk cycle? Right now I am finding what my new caloric intake is for maintenance. This has changed quite a but since the beginning. My super is the only meal that really varies. The rest is pretty consistent. But all are pretty healthy and balanced. Chicken fish rice beans eggs breakfast is either special k cereal or 2 packs of oatmeal. 2% milk. Right now doing pct and a small cut trying to burn about 3% to 4% body fat before the cycle. I will blur my face in pictures and will include meals. I was going to include a picture of where I start before the bulk. Should I include some before pictures along the way during pct and my off time?
 
also need full training and you should start immediately or else how are we supposed to help you and guide you
 
if you can get some meal pictures and some pictures of yourself would be very important so we can compare
 
special K cereal? that stuff is awful
we need to work on your diet first and foremost
