@Lipster Updates and meals are nice bro.......A little sad but things happen. Had a emergency at work to where I needed to get to a e-stop button at work. I ran to it and slipped in oil. Feet over the head and landed straight on my back on a cement floor. Mainly a couple bruises but landed hard on the right side by my kidney so the soft tissue there is pretty tender. Took today off and will do light weights Saturday and Sunday. Monday is my off day and I'll evaluate where I am. Using bpc and tb500 topical right now along with cbd oil. If not ready I had one week left before switching to my final stage of the cycle. I'll add a deload week in and then do my one more week before my final month. Hoping a speedy recovery comes.

I didn't pull or break anything. So not like a injury but I fell on cement on my back straight drop about 4 feet flat. So bruised up a little. Started shots today. Going to use 5000mcg bpc157/tb500 per day for 10 days to speed up healing. Also using the topical spray twice a day. And I'm also using cbd oil. Should be good In a week. I just don't want to turn a bruise into a I jury so being safe. Just adding a week to my cycle and basically doing light weight all week but I will not skip the gym either. I was told I wasn't a spring chicken no more lol. Haven't hurt myself before since I started doing cycles. I don't believe I have any injuries but only sore. I just read this. I already had my workouts completed. I did take it light. I'm definitely healing okay. My muscle area where I hit is a little sore but way better does stiffen a little if i sit to long. And the area where it burned now thats almost completely gone. Just depressing. In the middle / at the end of the cycle causes some frustration lolI wouldn't do back at all or any deads or squats, to front pushing and go slow imo with cardio @Lipster
