I haven't been in to pick up copies. They been doing tele med on a lot of visits it possible to prevent cross contamination. With the bird flu crisis if we goto the clinic in person we have to wait 48 hours before returning to work

It helps me for a solid night of sleeping. Also noticed longer deep sleep too. I usually can fall asleep minutes after laying down. So I like that part the most. A clear mind.

One of the things I like about this is that you post up all the micronutrients you are getting.
You really are feeding the body.
 
Ldopa and puerarin is a cool mix before bed.
