i like how you are using anadrol at only 25mgs.

I have found at 50 mg. side effects become counterproductive.
 
rice and beans is a great carb and protein source.

As long as you can digest it, okay, you take in anything to help with that.
 
I really don't think you need any fiber supplements or getting plenty of fiber in your diet. I think.

Not bad at all doing 22 pull-ups, and then following that up with some leg raises and cable kneeling crunch.

Really hitting that back and core.

I just feel like a get a real solid sleep and fall asleep easy. Before I didn't sleep well and it was hard. But I also changed alot of other life factors that really helped. But I do feel they give some benefits

Liquid for the ldopa and puerarin. The pills add some melatonin and some small other herbs.
