Looks like round 2 of the flu. Everyone at work and home we just keep spreading. I'm doing my best but going to do a deload week. Feel horrible. But not going to stop. I don't care if all I do is sit in my gym and do nothing. It's going to be my daily routine still. Also 2 weeks ago walking my dogs they decided to tweak my shoulder. So bpc157 please do a miracle while I reload. My shoulder is sore but I can't tell how sore.

I cut back but today took a break and only jogged might do some planks. Looks like we all just passed it around in a big circle and each of caught it twice. I'm on the final stage again but 4 days off this. Stayed eating but still down 7 pounds. Should be good by Sunday.
