My blood work came in good. I meant I'm doing a donation. I did one after my last cycle and wanted to do one before I started this. Just to be going in fresh lol. The anxious part is mainly excitement. But I am fully prepared I believe.
@Lipster anxiety is good this will be a big one, you're going to kill it with this log push I can see great results

@Lipster i like the fish very clean and overall your training going well, on the ezbar you can do some drop sets same for hammers, lets see more drop sets in there
