I know you're going through a tough time, much respect for keeping a lid on things.
Honestly with everything that has happen i for sure didn't unlock full potential of this cycle. But it is for sure one i will use many times. I feel great in all departments. Energy though the entire day(including cutting out tons of caffeine) strength felt great and I feel i could of really pushed volume with new weight levels. Recovery has been very nice. And I see muscle going on while keeping body fat the same now and almost even burning some. But I am also pushing what I can safely versus pushing myself to my limits.That cycle looks like alot of fun.
