Very tight volume today, you moving slowly but smart.
Yes since I choose this over surgery(would of been very acute) but it's only safe to be well controlled. Squats are hell. But I'm burning fat at a decent rate and seem to building a little muscle. I look bigger almost at 190 then I did at 199

Can grab one. The one on jeans is pretty recent but there is some changes too. Adding vascularity and keeping or adding in upper body and legs while watching the waste slim and tighten up. August will be the emd.of.the cycle and my goal is to show the changes over 2 years. Pretty happy and be so close to the goal. I started at wanting to be 190s and 15% body fat now it's more like i wanted under 10%. I'll be close but feel i will end in the 180s.
 
Adding some tamoxifen 10mg twice a day along with caber. I am one who will be sensitive to the nor family. Easily get nipple issues with either deca or Tren. Checked prolactin and mine was low after the caber. Estradiol was within range. But still the issue. Trying tamoxifen this way to combat the issue and after one week I see some relief

@Lipster hows your prolactin that low?
That was from caber. I checked my blood because I was still having prolactin related issues and wondered if the caber was good or bad. Well it's good but I thats when I found out I'm going to be sensitive to 19nors. Mainly slight hardening of tissue around the ripple and a little sore. So I added tamoxifen 10mg 2 x a day. Was going to run the rest of the cycle and then during the cruise too.
