I grabbed a couple quest bars. I can add more reps. On my cardio days I do super Set them. So each exercise I do one after the other then a quick rest. About the only thing I might change is Grip or hand positioning. Most of the super sets I do are 6 sets. Just running out of time on some days. I'm using every minute I have most days. I just seem like I don't want to stop lifting. But I'm getting me volume on my workouts and adding strength.

2cnd month complete. Blood work came back pretty and it's pretty well. Couple of markers are off. Up to 197lbs from 177. The last 4 weeks will be pushing strength and volume. Concentrate on main gaining with the weight. Maybe gain a couple pounds this maybe loose. But the goal is burn a little fat, gain a little strength and convert a little into muscle.

You are crazy strong with your upper body traps/shoulders. I bet you could deadlift 650+ if you trained for it. You have the right type of muscle fibers for crazy strength. I can see it in your shape. You just need to build the strength in your lower back and hamstrings. Stiff legged deadlifts.
