Approved Log My 2023-2024 log

2cnd month complete. Blood work came back pretty and it's pretty well. Couple of markers are off. Up to 197lbs from 177. The last 4 weeks will be pushing strength and volume. Concentrate on main gaining with the weight. Maybe gain a couple pounds this maybe loose. But the goal is burn a little fat, gain a little strength and convert a little into muscle.
