I got that. I didn't get the water from dbol and still got the hardening effect nicely with Anadrol. I know how i will be using next time for sure.
@Lipster thats actually rare, many guys I've train get bloated from Anadrol. You got it from trusted approved sources right? just checking that its not tbol.
 
Ugfreak. Now I did get a stuffed feeling which might of been bloated. But I didn't get a bloated look

And I was only doing 25mg a day at two 12.5mg doses. So really low. The last two weeks I went up to 50mg. How I felt the last two weeks I would be pretty happy feeling like that all cycle. But I was trying to he safe and only doing a low dose because it was the first time combining them. I read a lot with a small dose of both you can get synergy effect. I believe I did.

@Lipster I like this approach low dose anadrol keep pumping it.
 
Have this week and next week and this is complete. I cut back on the calories a little and was able to burn off about 1% bf gained while still increasing on strength. I am at 194lbs. So I'm up 17 lbs. I started a little slow on the legs due to a ankle issue that is cleared up. But it seems I have a hip flexor I need to work on. I'll be doing that during pct and off time before next cycle. Even with small issues I gave what I could if injury free I would of pushed more which is awesome to know I have plenty to grow. I gained over 10% strength in my chest and 20% on the leg lifts. Shoulder Press increased also. So I am on all new prs with every lift. I will only be looking at over the next two months to burn about 2.5% more bf. Then that will be the next starting point.

Yes that's for sure. I have never even heard of a hip flexor. So now I'm trying to see if I strained it or if it weak. I am lifting new weight maybe it wasn't ready. On a Squat it's less noticeable but probably due to already being engaged lowering the weight to the bottom. I feel it only for a second on the first couple inches of the lift going back up. On the deadlift, starting from the down position. It's sensitive until my back is straight and I'm up all the way. I have a board to help deep massage and a Cooper wrap to help and spraying bpc157 on it. It's on my right side in the front going straight up from my quad. The pain starts at the hip point and sorta goes right down the inside of my leg half way down on the inside

I bought a cable strap for my feet to lay on my back and pull my legs towards me. A reverse cable Squat. Helps to strengthen the flexor. I also bought a release tool to massage with. So light weight just good amount of sets on dead lifts and squats. Go up when it feels better. Doing a light weight this week it already feels a lot better. Hopefully within 3 to 4 weeks good to go. I think I just need to strengthen it. And allows me to work on form. Then 4 weeks of off time after the 4 weeks of pct. Using Nolvadex and clomid for pct. During my off time I hope to finish with about 2% body fat burned off for summer. That should be between 187lbs to 191lbs. Which will end up being my over gain. I feel that is a pretty good lean bulk. Then I will do a mild lean bulk through out summer.
