Approved Log My 2023-2024 log

Last week. I am pretty geeked(excited) over this cycle. I know I could of did better but I did really well for myself and all of your help. I think I'm having more of a hip impingement versus hip flexor issue. Also I believe I have been using my weight straps wrong. I still use the power lift Grip with the straps and was told to use regular Grip if using the straps. I feel a difference in the lift nicely. I'm wrapping this up and will update overall on Monday with information. The next cycle I'll do even better.

Taking in about 270 grams a day. It was so nice to see the volume grow. And was room to go further. But I'm okay with not pushing injuries well aggravated parts to far. I can't wait to be in the 400s for my sets. Next bulk squats and dead lift sets will be in the 400s and the bench will see 300s. New goals for growth

Learning along the way. If you're having a issue while squating or dead lifts that causes pain in you're groin by your hip joint. I've heard a million times hip flexor. You need to strengthen. Just wanted to point out checkout hip Impingement. For years I've had a thing that flares up and goes away and was always lead to believe hip flexor. I found a exercise for hip Impingement and bam issue resolving way better. So do your research if having a hip issue.

Also if you get a copper compression wrap for your hip flexor, it Wraps around one leg and your waist do not do dead lifts or squats with it on. I thought it would help. Only did light weight and the next day(this Monday) my lower back is sore from the wrap I believe.

They were all I used before this. I had some pretty decent results for a year that were different from just the regular supplements like at a store. I did like the drive too. With this I ran the prohormones different from before. Sorta stacked them like if I was doing a pump up at first and then lean a little at the end. So far I can feel the change. That way with the cycle I figured I could keep the doses fairly low and went 12 weeks versus 8. So far I believe I've been able to sorta drop some of the water weight I gained with dbol. Wasn't much but since going on the 5a,ohp my scale shows about 7lbs of water loss. Dropping Anadrol and dbol I added the androl and epi to keep the dht still boosted. Feels like it's maintaining the some of the pump from Anadrol and dbol. And the 1-4ohp since taking is where I seemed to start the vascular effect. And increases my appetite.

Now I did run them at a higher then regular dosage. I got a really good deal through them which allowed me to run it like this. Otherwise I feel it would be way to expensive at a regular price. And the 19 nor I usually run higher. I seen some strength gains and really helps combat the dryness of the other one. This time because I ran tren I kept the 19nor very low just enough to help with the dryness. But with taking a bigger dose the drying compound this month I have felt some joint stiffness and aches. I almost like the feeling.

So over all I feel I can see some use if at the right time and price, but if you're doing a bigger cycle of these I feel they would be less effective and not needed at all. My next I will probably be leaving them out since I will be running a decent size cycle next.
