One of the gift also I love having on hand is the youth spray. It helps recovery so well. Like the strain in my back or shoulder, my ankle. It for sure sped up the recovery and some relief. Usually for my back it would be 3 to 4 weeks. With the spray about a week to 10 days. My ankle was about 3 to 4 weeks and I used it the hole time safely but I assume would of took longer or required off time. Not so much with bone related pain or injuries though it's for soft tissue. And compared to other places I get this at a really decent price.

Learning along the way. If you're having a issue while squating or dead lifts that causes pain in you're groin by your hip joint. I've heard a million times hip flexor. You need to strengthen. Just wanted to point out checkout hip Impingement. For years I've had a thing that flares up and goes away and was always lead to believe hip flexor. I found a exercise for hip Impingement and bam issue resolving way better. So do your research if having a hip issue.

Also if you get a copper compression wrap for your hip flexor, it Wraps around one leg and your waist do not do dead lifts or squats with it on. I thought it would help. Only did light weight and the next day(this Monday) my lower back is sore from the wrap I believe.
I squatted a few days ago and this is now flaring up on me at the moment. Oh well.

Yes I'll use this time to get some good stretching in and make sure I'm 100 %. I also pushed to new limits on everthing but I wanted to push to the end. More like a 10 week cycle and 2 week cruise . I'll be stretching and strengthening my hip flexor and also work on the Impingement. Ankle is back to normal and my back is already almost better. About 2 weeks for recovery still can lift. Then 4 to 6 weeks pushing the rest of pct and off time. Blood work in may to see if I am back to normal and also a donation. Then the next will begin. So excited. This will be a great summer
 
That’s some pretty damn good info.
It's crazy I've never heard of the Impingement thing. Doing the one exercise with the strap high up the leg 2 times and about 8 minutes helped more then months of stretching and twisting and trying to strengthen. I needed stretching and the Impingement worked on. So I wanted to share that, I've looked since 2018 when it first happened
