Be my first using them for pct. Maybe I wrote them backwards. But for sure switching by@Lipster I would for sure drop the doses of clomid and up the nolvadex, clomid over 25mgs is super emotional rollercoaster bro.

@Lipster amazing results, post and pre and overall you did great, truth is in the resultsLet's go PCT. Just finished my winter bulk. Ended at 194(Just under). Up 17lbs for this bulk. This also is almost the end of my 1 year transformation. I just missed my total lift goal of 1200lbs. But so close and it was small injuries that held this back but without them it would been real close.
At 218lbs my lifts
Bench was 245 Max with poor form
Dead lift 405 Max
Squat 315 Max
Shoulder press was doing sets with 135
Current at 194 Powered
Bench 289 Decent control
Dead lift 465 Sumo
Squat 410
Doing sets with 185
Total lift 1169. Need 35 lbs more.
I was stuck at my maxes for over a year until VM. When I said 1200 it was almost a unrealistic goal in my mind.
Also setting the goal at 190 lbs and 15% picture included from where I got that goal using alpha Lion and animal supplements. Was 41 years old and after it was just getting harder and falling out of shape
I used VM to cut from 218 lbs to 174 lbs. While cutting all the way down I still made new PRS on my lifts and I knew finally something that worked. I was able to drop weight while increasing strength. Never before could I do that.
I did my first lean bulk and was very nervous I would get fat all over again. I went up to 194 by the end of Oct ( scan included ). All new PRS and a new level strength. I cut back to 176lbs during pct and off time. Now at 176 I barely lost any strength. I was a little leaner then at 174. So about 6 lbs of lean muscle gained and drop of a couple pounds of fat.
In December is when I started my bulk I been preparing for all year and found evolutionary.org and added in test c tren a dbol and androl at low doses but a solid cycle. Compare now to the end of October I am almost 2% less body fat and 5 lbs more in muscle. Both at 194lbs. My strength up another 20%. I gained 23 lbs by the 2/3 Mark of the bulk. Then I switched from bulking to main gaining. Dropped epi and went strong with win test. I also lowered 19nor. I dropped the Titan spray and went strong on equi. I was able to maintain most of the weight. 199 to 194 losing about 5% water weight and 1% body fat. Which is how I wanted to end the cycle. Running it like the platz cycle Ricky explained and compared to VM products. My strength only continued to climb.
Now during pct and off time. I'll be switching from high stim pre workout to adrenoburn. Running Hades and the shred stack along with muscle support stack gh soma and Titan powder along with kidney/liver support and prostate support. Goal will be to try and burn off 3% more body fat while maintaining as much weight as I can and strength if not adding to it. I'll be eating 250 calories under maintenance. As I have 8 weeks to complete this goal. And then that will be my end of this transformation and start of new goals.
New goal will be adding 20 lbs lean muscle before next June of 2025.
@Lipster super training!My work out 3 x a week. 3 sets. 20 reps of the hip impingement stretch. 10 reps of the reverse squat and hip thrust.
Using this to strengthen my hip flexor and to work on the hip impingement. This has made a tremendous difference in recovery and progress of the issue
