Should I take more?
@Lipster yup I see it but you need to up the dose double up to start.
 
Wow okay it said 3 pills so I was doing 6 I can double that to 12 then. I wasn't for sure how much was enough
@Lipster i actually suggest 1 tbsp of raw psyllium husk not caps
