Approved Log My 2023-2024 log

I can't wait to complete this cycle. 1st week after they cycle I ran Aromasin Monday Wednesday and Friday. This week I'm completing the first week of pct with tamoxifen and clomid. 3 weeks to go. I'm also aid the pct with anabolic shred stack and Hydroxygenin. Adds a little Arimidione and t2 along with Laxogenin. I find these help in drive and maintaining strength levels. To me a full cycle is during the blast, but also your pct and off time that follows before the next cycle.

And the end of this I'll be wrapping up my year body transformation. Will be about 14 months. My goal Last year was to stop being fat and gain in strength and build some muscle. I wasn't training for size yet. I was training for strength and to build a solid lean frame to work with.

Currently during pct and off time. I'm getting ready for a summer shred. Goal is to see 8% body fat and maintain as much strength as possible. So far going really well. I believe this goal is possible to achieve by the end of May.

Perfect timing because there is a decent size event/beach party going on which includes a physique showdown. There is one for men and one for women. I'm going shredded atleast so I hope.

In May I want to get blood work again and I'm donating blood before next cycle.

During summer I will switch from strength training to hypertrophy training. I will be running a 4 month cycle during summer. My goal will be lean bulking the whole summer and staying lean while building size and mass. During pct and off time I will not be doing a cut again but I'll maingain through pct and off time. My goal will be adding 25 to 30 lbs of lean muscle before June of 2025. I want to be lean and walking around full abs and have some size and be over 200 after my final pct and off time. 215 would be pretty solid for me but that might take longer then one year.

Adding prohormones in with my cycle I think helps with the rebound effect after a cycle. I don't really get a crash when I stop. I am able maintain full energy. Sex drive drops a little. Loose a little vascular effect. But other then I been doing pretty well at improving my physique each cycle. And increasing strength. Had to improve on some joints and tendons as for me I'm pushing more weight then I have before. And that will continue to rise also. I want size but I want strength that matches most people that weigh 15 to 25 pounds heavier then where I am. 3 weeks I'll be doing more photos and update on physique. I'll also for sure be including photos before the shred contest. Only amateur but will be fun if I can overcome the nerves.

@Lipster I like this and I want to see you finish the cycle and pct but you might want to consider a bridge in between have you consider it?
maybe a tight TRT bridge so you dont give up on the gains

how do you feel the pct going so far though? mentally i mean

id like to see you on stage you considering it?

Considering it. And feeling great, with my test booster sitting pct and off time I usually keep my test level between 700 and 900

@Lipster IMO you're about 8 weeks from stage prep wise , we should talk about it

I've been confused on how to choose to blast and cruise or cycle and go natty. I been told both ways 50 50. I have a decent natural test level off cycle 570ish, and with the test booster from vintage I stay around 700 to 900. Obviously if I went to a trt dose of stay around 1000 with no dips and then test climbing back up. Any of your knowledge is appreciated if you don't mind sharing your opinion with me

depends really, you can have high test but not high free test right, so hard to say. Whats your free testosterone?

Yes when my I first tested my free test was like 9. Then after losing weight and making some gains adding the booster I got to 20. Then I added stinging nettle root to lower my shgb from like 80 to 15 my free test was at 60. So been low there. Now this cycle, my free test was 1000 I was like wtf. I won't know off cycle till I get blood. I'll be doing that in 3 more weeks. So I'll be natty no pct and just the test booster and Laxogenin.

Still feeling great even during a shred. Full energy and so far no strength loss. I trained for strength all year not size so going well I think. This year will be adding size the frame I worked on all year. I just want to be strong ASF when I'm over 200.

@Lipster if you mean "natty" no PCT you mean you're coming off cycle and NOT doing PCT or you staying on self TRT?
if you come off no PCT you'll crash and burn big time, thats not safe bro.

No I'm currently on pct. I still have 2 and half weeks. I like to check my blood after pct is complete and before next cycle. I check before during and after. I just try to push the natty time as hard as I can to lock gains in. I do like adding the Laxogenin. Seems to help me push through along with the test booster.
 
You definitely could compete if you really wanted to do so, something to think about.
I'm going to try this amateur things. Well basically it's a huge beach party and girls do a wet t shirt contest and guys strip to the skivvys. Most are just guys who been lean most of their life and in good shape but not body building shape. I'm not there yet for sure but you can tell I lift and try. My neighbor just seen me outside this year and walked down and asked what I was doing to get on this shape. I smiled and said hard work and dedication with knowledgeable from many who already did this

Should have told him the truth I'm taking alot of gear 😂 just kidding brother, yeah I am in the same position doing the amateur thing with bodybuilding and see how I fair and how far I can go possibly.
