I don't see why you can't keep dropping body fat but 3% is really low dangerously low
 
Losing 3% body fat in 3 weeks is amazing man. Awesome job!
Trying to do to. 5% per week until the end of May now. That should get me my other 3 %. My calorie intake has increased since the cycle. I had to adapt to that. Almost 600 more calories a day to lose weight. Maintaining the strength quite well. Just want to try to get to shredded. Maybe maybe. Lean for sure but I just want to see shredded for personal goal. And to step on the beach stage. I want to stand out.

So far so good. A little strength loss this week but minimal. Shredding on target with my goal. The end of this will complete my 1 year body transformation and strength training. Starting June going to hypertrophy training to add size to the frame I tried to create. Crazy my diet is 3200 calories a day.
