I mean I want to drop about 3% more. That will put me at around 8% body fat. I wanted to be low for summer startingI don't see why you can't keep dropping body fat but 3% is really low dangerously low
Trying to do to. 5% per week until the end of May now. That should get me my other 3 %. My calorie intake has increased since the cycle. I had to adapt to that. Almost 600 more calories a day to lose weight. Maintaining the strength quite well. Just want to try to get to shredded. Maybe maybe. Lean for sure but I just want to see shredded for personal goal. And to step on the beach stage. I want to stand out.Losing 3% body fat in 3 weeks is amazing man. Awesome job!
