The summer cut going strong maintaining most of the strength going as low as i can Before starting the new phase into the second year. Monday I'll be doing my body scan. I'll have to adjust more since my work is changing July calorie intake will adjust. Currently 3150 calories a day is my diet. Fats around 30 % carbs around 33% and protein 37%. This next year will be more bulking and a lot less cutting. But my first year was for body recomposition and strength gains. Over all I feel I did pretty well for being a newb and 45 years old.
