Thank you for the advice on taking the tamoxifen and clomid in the morning. I felt better Saturday and even more today. I was not feeling bad before minus a small morning headache but today felt a drive again and stronger. Beginning to change the routine from 5 x 5 to reps of 8 or more with less sets. Finding the balance. Also before next cycle making sure I'm a 100%. Not starting one with any nagging injuries this time. Cut is going very well while maintaining strength from the bulking.

Lost my picture of the burger damn it. But it was close to this
 
5 weeks after my bulk and into the summer shred. This also will be completing my body transformation training for the last year. This coming year will change into adding size and muscle versus strength and recomposition. My safety weight back belt I had to add several holes over this last year. For being 45 years old and taking over 4 inches off of my waist. I added size to my chest and arms and legs while being 46 lbs lighter over all. My strength is a little less now then at peak bulk but still up over 20% from the start. The scans are from December which is where I started before the bulk around 178lbs. March I ended the bulk around 194lbs though I did get to 199lbs. Now I am at 173 lbs and still going to cut for one more month. Where I finish is where I start my next adventure. For my recomposition last year, I started with a big cut 218lbs to 174lbs. Then I bulked to 194lbs following cutting back to 178lbs. I followed with one more lean bulk to 194lbs again. Each cycle adding strength gaining muscle and losing fat. Over all I'm very happy with my results using Vintage Muscle and one cycle here so far. Work hard, stay dedicated and it accomplish many things. My goal is to finish this around 8% body fat or less.

Thank you. Going for the amateur stage last week of May. Still going hard till then. Afterwards we'll will be going hard but lean lean bulking .

For my recomposition last year, I started with a big cut 218lbs to 174lbs. Then I bulked to 194lbs following cutting back to 178lbs. I followed with one more lean bulk to 194lbs again. Each cycle adding strength gaining muscle and losing fat. Over all I'm very happy with my results using Vintage Muscle and one cycle here so far. Work hard, stay dedicated and it accomplish many things. My goal is to finish this around 8% body fat or less.
