Oh i went to town on the sushi. I tried every kind. And then seconds lol. Someone thought I was losing weight by not eating. I said I eat like horse.
Anything with rice is awesome. It’s amazing how I never thought I would love rice so much. I used to eat mashed potatoes all the time and I think I’ve only eaten them once since starting my bulk.
 
I don't think the food is that bad
it just depends on how authentic it is
 
if it's true Asian food it's very healthy
the problem is these places use a lot of crap in their food usually

I don't trust those places where everyone's putting their hands on the utensils

This is one of the few that gets decent reviews. I always wanted to try it. I went to go some where else, but there was a ton of road work and so many closed it was crazy. We walked around the city for awhile it was a very nice time. But then I was simply starving. So I said I would try the buffet. And well I tried everything, somethings twice. Only can go there once a year lol. But everything seemed pretty decent. I don't know if it's Chinese, Asian or Japanese. I love sushi, the steak was very nice and so much chicken and I threw in some salmon too. I had almost 700 grams of protein alone lol.

5 weeks after my bulk and into the summer shred. This also will be completing my body transformation training for the last year. This coming year will change into adding size and muscle versus strength and recomposition. My safety weight back belt I had to add several holes over this last year. For being 45 years old and taking over 4 inches off of my waist. I added size to my chest and arms and legs while being 46 lbs lighter over all. My strength is a little less now then at peak bulk but still up over 20% from the start. The scans are from December which is where I started before the bulk around 178lbs. March I ended the bulk around 194lbs though I did get to 199lbs. Now I am at 173 lbs and still going to cut for one more month. Where I finish is where I start my next adventure. For my recomposition last year, I started with a big cut 218lbs to 174lbs. Then I bulked to 194lbs following cutting back to 178lbs. I followed with one more lean bulk to 194lbs again. Each cycle adding strength gaining muscle and losing fat. Over all I'm very happy with my results using Vintage Muscle and one cycle here so far. Work hard, stay dedicated and it accomplish many things. My goal is to finish this around 8% body fat or less.

Tell me about it. Takes to lots of walking. Been able to keep relatively lean on holidays, with all the delicious food in front of me
