@Lipster you're doing well, really good food intake
volume is nice but you can do more bench 15-20 reps
 
I got to force myself to start doing hip thrusts. I think it could be the missing link to getting an incredible squat and deadlift.
They seem to be helping along with the reverse cable Squat and Hip stretch. I feel way better in my Squat now. Just going nice and slow and making sure it is 100%. But I feel a difference in stability big time
 
You're at the point where you can eat just about anything and you'll still stay lean
