Approved Log My 2023-2024 log

It's crazy how going down in weight but changing to slow lifts changes so much. I'm trying foe Bench and squats to do 4 seconds going down and 4 seconds back up. My legs are still wobbly today. Finished my run and it's like my first week in the gym. And my chest has muscle spasms depending on how I Twist or pick something up. I love it. This month with work I'm going to beat the shit out of myself. Hoping the job survives all this. I wanted a career there. But when I go into this next cycle. It's go grow time. I am excited. At 170 I'm a little stronger then my first bulk cycle to 190 and a little weaker then the second but I know when I start putting weight on slowly that will come back with a vengeance

@Lipster 170 and stronger thats perfect, you know weight is not the issue, its how you look in the mirror
dont go high weights go high reps to really tighten up the muscles

I will work on that. I have more in me. First though I have to see how the shift change affects me and find a new food intake. I upped my calories 850 to 4000 to continue diet. I'm sweating horrible at work being in this Hazzard suit 12 hours. It's taking a toll. Lol
