I will add protein. I love the flavor mixed. On the Cable I do, do super sets if that matters. I'm doing the ez bar then goto the Cable. Sets are back to back. I was trying less volume because people said I was doing to much arms. But I can add volume@Lipster meals as ALWAYS very nice looking
on the training have you considered going up in volume on arms? like cable cross overs go to 15 reps
and on the diet i see meals with yogurt but no protein powder add some
