Approved Log My 2023-2024 log

I need to start making some of these egg bakes. Eggs are such a huge part of my diet so I am always looking for new ways to cook/eat them.

Depending on the calories I'm looking for and also macros. I make like 6 glass oven meal prep containers at a time. Bake for 1 hour along with my protein Loaf and oat bake and rice and beans. All together I can bake 21 meals at a time. Then I break them up. Easiest way for me to stay consistent
