@Lipster next week is going to be next level UPNext week will be on new records for volume with new weight. Gains are going well. Especially after finding out the infection I had the last weeks was covid. Only had some sinus issues and hard to breath but worked on through. 2 months into cycle. My calorie maintenance has raised about 650 calories a day it seems. But I see more muscle and able to burn some fat off from the pre load before the cycle. At 200 lbs still. 2 months left. 1 month will try gaining around 6 to 10 more pounds. The last month I tighten up and also add win-test to help pull some water weight. Going to finish very strong. Then a little cruise time before the bulk. My winter bulk includes will hopefully push to the next level. Before the summer of 25 then the cut cycle. Goal is 200lbs or more around 10 % body fat
