Eating pretty clean with one day a week pushing extra calories. Added a little more red meat. I wanted to try to add on 5 to 7 more pounds this month. Then next month dry up a little for the final push of the cycle. Triceps are beginning to get some definition so happy there. I plan on some pics this weekend. I just upped the calories. I started to stay even but I believe recomping with the weight I put before and at the beginning of the cycle. For 32 extra pounds so far it does not look to bad. At first I was scared it didn't look like I wanted lol. But I want to gain this month push next and then will cruise and let my body recycle before the big bulk of winter. Then the shred of spring for a whole new me next summer. About 167lbs was shredded this year. I would like to be shredded around 195lbs next year or a little more. I want to be in the 200+ category but In muscle, not a dad bod. Training for hypertrophy but my strength is almost to the highest it's been for myself.
