Diet:
Honestly
- diet has already gone to shit.
- last night had 2 bites of chocolate cake. (Tasted great)
- have still managed to hit protien intake
- still eating 700g of chicken and 700g of beef ED. Just also eating some junk.
Training:
• Training has been fine, still following the routine, not letting that get affected.
• Pumps are already insane
• liver is back on track
Sleep:
- sleep has declined. As expected with life crashing into the ground.
• Sleep quality rated at about 5 out of 10
Upcoming Cycle Update:
• I previously mentioned my peptide cycle, but I've decided to delay it by 5-6 months.
• Started a 16-week AAS (Anabolic-Androgenic Steroid) bulk cycle in about a week.
• After the AAS cycle, I plan to reset receptors and slowly incorporate peptides as needed.
AAS Bulk Cycle (Week 1-6):
• Dianabol (dbol): 50mg taken daily pre-workout
AAS Bulk Cycle ( Weeks 8-9):
• Superdrol: 30mg taken pre-workout every day
• Stupid idea removed.(pointless)
AAS Bulk Cycle (Week 1-16):
• Testosterone Enanthate: 500mg/week, 70MG ED subQ
• NPP (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate): Inject 50MG ED SUBq
• Low-dose HGH (human growth 1iu on an empty stomach, preferably upon waking up
Updates I tried some superdrol (at 20mg daily) first instead of the dbol. LoL, superdrol is not the move. Day 2 nose bleeds doing Push-Ups, day 4 lyphnodes are swollen because ALT is so high. Quit that never doing doing superdrol again.
Life update
-lost my current home, someone stole my RV and trashed it. Lost my spouse(complicated,painful). Bunch of bullshit. But we are stronger than that. Im been lucky enough to find another place to live for the year for free. Money will soon be rolling in again. Sorry for the lack of updates.
