Nonfat cottage cheese 1 tub 52g pro
Can mandarin orange slices
2 coffee
Fat free creamer
2 small apple
10 oz sliced deli Turkey 50g pro
2 Slice sourdough bread
1 tbsp Mayo
1bag salad kit
one cups old fashioned oats plain
1 chicken adobo power bowl 20g pro

(1 slice white chocolate fresh berry cake the co workers brought it not me )

I would had i not already eaten the last two slices including the end cut with the extra frosting and white chocolate glaze….

It’s a variety of a classic “fruit basket cake” comes ins any form you want. A white cake. With fresh fruit, usually assorted berries, on top and a light whipped cream frosting and shaved white chocolate. It’s a favorite. Light and fresh. I had it as my wedding cake. You can reduce the sugar to near zero in the whipped cream as long as your berries are really good ones.

Oddly I woke up 3 pounds lighter this morning. I feel great ready for a 💪 session. The diet in spite of this indiscretion, is working. Cleaner food = Much less puffiness and inflammation.

Learn to cook delicious food my girlfriend Cooks me delicious food all the time and it tastes great
If my husband was sitting at home cooking my meals for me I’d being doing great. But
He works more hours than me. Neither of us has time to cook. Ive tried teaching the cats 🐱 to cook for us. They are not cooperating. I have subs that might do it but they aren’t allowed in
the house. ( could have all that laundry done too) They prepare meals for me on occasion at their places. Maybe I can get one to prep a weeks worth🤔 one is cooking for me tonight after work and I’m going to propose it.👍

These Aidells mango jalapeño sausages are pretty clean. High in sodium but the ingredients are good.

try just one cheat meal a week can you do that?
During the last 6 decades? No not yet.
My immediate concern besides cutting for the party weekend is
1. How to make the 8 hour 5/210 drive without stopping for fast food.
2. What to eat while I’m partying. The smart thing to do would be to pack food for the trip in advance. Maybe

Even though I did not come here for this… being here has actually been very helpful.

Only encouragement and honest criticism of my diet.

Logging my food this week is helping and I’m down from 191 to 187 of water bloat by cleaning it up.
