Ok Sir I always heard it’s like half your body weight in ounces .if i'm on cycle i drink more. obviously it depends. when i used to run tren i couldn't drink enough, if i'm doing a prolong fast i drink A LOT . if i sweat out a lot of liquids i obviously drink A LOT to get it back. when i do hot yoga i am sweating out pounds of water so i will drink more during and after. also it depends on the weather. on a hot day you obviously want to drink more.
but on a normal day when i'm not on cycle i drink when i'm thirsty. water consumption is highly overrated by a lot of people but its also very important at the same time, also people forget they get liquids from foods especially fruits. i don't track how much i drink. the only thing i can tell you is when i wake up i will have a few gulps of water. then i will drink periodically throughout the day.
i don't take water to bed with me, unless i'm in a deep fast or i am on a harsh cycle.
i would estimate i drink about 1/4 gallon of water a day in a normal situation
on a very hot day, or a day i sweat a lot, or if i am fasting a long time or on a harsh stack i can drink probably between .5-1 gallon per day of water

My weakness is the cranberry juice We both consume a lot of it Sita nice job man stay the hell away from sugar it's a killer we get more sugar in one day than humans are supposed to get in our lifetimes it's crazy
