if i'm on cycle i drink more. obviously it depends. when i used to run tren i couldn't drink enough, if i'm doing a prolong fast i drink A LOT . if i sweat out a lot of liquids i obviously drink A LOT to get it back. when i do hot yoga i am sweating out pounds of water so i will drink more during and after. also it depends on the weather. on a hot day you obviously want to drink more.

but on a normal day when i'm not on cycle i drink when i'm thirsty. water consumption is highly overrated by a lot of people but its also very important at the same time, also people forget they get liquids from foods especially fruits. i don't track how much i drink. the only thing i can tell you is when i wake up i will have a few gulps of water. then i will drink periodically throughout the day.

i don't take water to bed with me, unless i'm in a deep fast or i am on a harsh cycle.

i would estimate i drink about 1/4 gallon of water a day in a normal situation
on a very hot day, or a day i sweat a lot, or if i am fasting a long time or on a harsh stack i can drink probably between .5-1 gallon per day of water

Ok Sir I always heard it’s like half your body weight in ounces .
But it makes sense if you’re not really thirty then you aren’t needing excess water

Anyway I still swear I see a lot of fat bellies in these pics. I think I just like super tight cut bodies trim guys not thick. I don’t like bears or thick waists ( everyone else is super into thick now it just looks like fat to me.🤷

this is perfect and if you cut the sugar and bread for 5 weeks and high protein+ training you'll shred up for sure
 
a nice job man stay the hell away from sugar it's a killer we get more sugar in one day than humans are supposed to get in our lifetimes it's crazy

liquid calories are a killer
 
try cutting out the sugar from that juice for one week and see what kind of changes happen
