Yes the processed food 💯 percent makes my belly blow up and my joints hurt.

I’ll do 4 gyms MTWT next week before I leave town Just to make sure everything is popping when I arrive.

No, no one will care but reaching this goal will feel good.

If my husband was sitting at home cooking my meals for me I’d being doing great. But
He works more hours than me. Neither of us has time to cook. Ive tried teaching the cats 🐱 to cook for us. They are not cooperating. I have subs that might do it but they aren’t allowed in
the house. ( could have all that laundry done too) They prepare meals for me on occasion at their places. Maybe I can get one to prep a weeks worth🤔 one is cooking for me tonight after work and I’m going to propose it.👍

These Aidells mango jalapeño sausages are pretty clean. High in sodium but the ingredients are good.

but they are still processed meats and processed meats are some of the worst things you can put into your body

single ingredient whole foods are the best things you can put into your body

think about why. if your body gets slammed with 8-10 or more ingredients at once it freaks out. this is where you get bloated and feel like shit. it also effects your mental health too. serial killers were found to eat fast food all the time. I get the concept of what came first the chicken or egg but you get the point it's definitely not going to help a person's mental state when your body is under constant stress and freaking out.
 
During the last 6 decades? No not yet.
My immediate concern besides cutting for the party weekend is
1. How to make the 8 hour 5/210 drive without stopping for fast food.
2. What to eat while I’m partying. The smart thing to do would be to pack food for the trip in advance. Maybe
Apples oats chicken and quest bars
so here is what you can do. you can stop somewhere to eat but just be smart about what you order.
or simple do not eat for that 8 hours. i mean i typically eatin a 2-4 hour window anyway.. so eat before you leave or eat after. or eat before and after. you can take some fruit with you and a salad to snack along the way if you need it

i view your situation as just a cop out/excuse to eat shit. well i'm driving 8 hours so i have to stop at mcdonalds or chifilA. no you don't. always there are less unhealthy places.. i mean chipotle is less bad for example, granted they do cook their food in refined oils which isn't good and they use refined flour in their wraps. (saving money)

the other fallacy is "well only unhealthy food tastes good".. that is a complete lie. look at some of the logs on here where guys/gals are taking pics of food. you can absolutely eat deflicious food AND it can be healthy. what happens is you get addicted to the additives in junk food so it becomes an addiction, so when you eat healthy food it tastes different. but once that switch changes in your body you won't crave the junk food anymore. i get naseous just smelling mcdonalds driving by for example, but my homemade burgers i make are delicious!
