If you want pure size then you have to eat more. You can't gain muscle if you are not eating enough. I get it though, you want to gain size while not having your waist increase. To do all that, best to always cut down first. You will hate looking smaller but if you cut down to a low body fat first and then add muscle it is easier. I am not saying to change everything up but that is just the advice I give when this typically comes up.

yes this was my plan too. The lifelong building up of visceral belly fat need to be eliminated. Its very stubborn because there's a lack of blood flow to that kind of fat. I also have that belly fat from lipodystrophy and insulin resistance caused by long term use of antiviral his meds.( 23 years). in fact in our curlicues we all can spot the hit belly. its a well known tell tale sign. I have an 8000 dollar a month specialty med that targets that but it has to be used consistently and over long term. ( that's the egrifta which stimulates natural growth hormone production and its injected daily sub Q into the belly area just like insuli.
So I have to remember to use it daily which for this cut I have been doing.

For me to really get the belly flat ( abs are not even an option cuz of the diastasic recti stretch - which can be fixed with surgery only (tummy tuck)

This challenges I ignore and I go ahead expecting to respond like any 30 year old would and then get pissed off when as a 60 year old with chronic conditions, I don't respond the same. im not a big fan of reality. never have been.
even with the fat gone there is still the bloating.

so have these sort term goals like flat belly for the the party may 31. which I can achieve on temp basis, the fact is I am not going to not be old I am not going to be a 30 year old muscle boy. and that makes me want to slit my throat.

I can keep training. keep dieting but I can not look like you are anyone else here. so aim mad at myself for not knowing enough to be body buiding in the 80s and 90s.

so im in a very bad mood over fucking off my whole life. just a very shitty mood now. but thank god for Palm Springs where all my peers or 100000 years old so I can still be the young prettier one. at least for a few more minutes. there is NOTHING good about aging. NOTHING.

I really wanted to share my party and Palm Springs trip here. but im not posting anymore in this mood.

@SFDom415 to be honest I think its not just belly fat I think its bloating, I've seen your pics and you look great but I'd like to see you stay a few days fasted to clear the gut a bit

I go to bed bloated and wake up with a flat hard belly then blousy again by mid morning

It’s accompanied by a shitty hateful mood too as soon as bloat im an angry depressed little bitch.
I akso forgit to take meds all week. But remembered to take steriods. Which I’m going to increase my dose and see if it I have a muscle worship dance party ( thisexslwats tyrn into a fuckfest) in 4 weeks
I’m going to do extra gym day today Cardio and tanning

Bros For whatever reason I was so tired today and did not complete the full volume training. I struggled through everything. But I did the first 10x10 super sets Squats and back raises

All I want to do is sleep. .
Also the anavar and winstrol are not doing anything look how I just get fatter.
I’m eating clean I’m walking I’m training and sweating
And I’m not losing a song pound and not get getting any tighter.
And there were girls there playing horrible 90s rap music. 😡
Meanwhile ass is slowing perking up yay but belly needs a butcher knife.

I am not. We have some. I just forget them. And I assume they really work. I just assume all supplements don’t work. That they are just profit for companies who make them.

@SFDom415 thats not a valid assumption at all bro :) supplements work and they work well if you get the right ones.
Example vitamin D if you're not taking it and are deficient it can cause serious sickness long term but it's OTC and a supplement.
And many supplements like NAC are used in actual medicine today.

Probiotics do work and will help you bloating, if you take them longer term you'll see a huge difference in gut bloat.

@SFDom415 the oatmeal is high fiber for sure so you need fiber to help flatten out the stomach hence adding psyllium husk would help

Finally got more comfortable going to the gym alone with no trainer. Of course I lift much lighter weights. I just make the session up as I go and trick is to less crowded location, keep headphones on with disco and

Extra focus on abs and ass and quad paying off.
