My base weight is about 180 if I do t eat anything and 190 is ten pounds of bloating that comes and goes
If I get rid of that years of internal visceral fat build up my real weight will be 170 plus ten pounds ( fluctuating weight) of bloat / water.
Maybe burntenmpoynds if viscersl fat in 5 months. That should be realistic
I have almost no subcutaneous fat. That’s easy to remive with Lipo.
