my doctor got me on it about three years ago and my insurance covers it free with no copay. It does help but I’m inconsistent with it cuz I’m always running late and doing housework and chores and trying to to work on time and still not getting enough sleep.

I’m telling you are married with a mortgage your life and your time don’t belong to you anymore.

But it helps if you take EVERY DAY for long time. Bit doesn’t work if you’re not consistent.


I’m just exhausted. I’m so tired of trying to keep up.
 
have you tried any types of fasting strategies?
I can’t fast I’m hungry. But I’ll tell you this week I hooked up and partied and gir high and thus did not anything for about 24 hours.( or sleep)
During that time my weight went from 188 to 183.

The difference i how I looked and felt was amazing.
Then I slept. And the minute I ate my weight went immediately back to 188.

The loss from 181 to 188 was water / bloating and the party loss from 188 to 183 was also water / bloating

Which means I’m bloated with like ten pounds of water.

I don’t know how I can look so good one minute and so bad the next.

And I’m exhausted from trying to keep up.
I barely ate today and I’m bloated abd miserable.

So fuck it.
These pics are all this week it’s like three different bodies. Sunday 188 Monday 183 Tuesday 188
I do have some phentermine doc prescribed last year but j don’t take it because I can’t just be all spun out everyday. But I’m going to take sone tomorrow morning and see if it curbs my appetite.👍

This is 183 on Monday and 192 now on Wednesday
9 pounds … 9 pounds of water? In two days?
I look like I’ve never set foot in a gym.
I don’t understand how it’s possible

@SFDom415 you now if you add berberine that will help with some cinnamon and n2slin x really helps my appetite too

@SFDom415 9lbs of water is a lot that might be a diet issue real one
have you changed your diet?
 
let's change our attitude and stop saying "I can't"

you can do what you want. humans are capable of doing a lot with our bodies. go to a 49ers game and get there early and watch the athletes and the crazy things they do. how did they get like that? through years of training their bodies into well oiled machines

you have to do the same now with your body

need to cut off the junk and stop treating your body like you need trash. as i told you once you start eating healthy you will begin to Crave healthier foods and you will find junk food disgusting

also fasting is a huge weapon. surely you can train fasted 15 minutes a day and do fasted HI cardio
 
we can land on other planets and time it to the millisecond
you can do a lot
 
you've gotten used to eating whatever you want whenever you want and that's not good
 
push harder you and your husband need to work together to encourage each other
