need to cut off the junk and stop treating your body like you need trash. as i told you once you start eating healthy you will begin to Crave healthier foods and you will find junk food disgusting

also fasting is a huge weapon. surely you can train fasted 15 minutes a day and do fasted HI cardio
No way I can fast. Not possible. I can modify my diet to some extent for short periods of time. That’s it. Eating like a bro is not a lifestyle incan maintain. It’s just not going to happen.

You when I did that… for one year 15 years ago when I was single, living in the city in a studio, with no car. no bills, no pets, no husband. No housework.
I did three things. I Walked ten blocks to and from work. The jogged 5 blocks to the gym for
I can’t fast I’m hungry. But I’ll tell you this week I hooked up and partied and gir high and thus did not anything for about 24 hours.( or sleep)
During that time my weight went from 188 to 183.

The difference i how I looked and felt was amazing.
Then I slept. And the minute I ate my weight went immediately back to 188.

The loss from 181 to 188 was water / bloating and the party loss from 188 to 183 was also water / bloating

Which means I’m bloated with like ten pounds of water.

I don’t know how I can look so good one minute and so bad the next.

And I’m exhausted from trying to keep up.
I barely ate today and I’m bloated abd miserable.

So fuck it.

I do have some phentermine doc prescribed last year but j don’t take it because I can’t just be all spun out everyday. But I’m going to take sone tomorrow morning and see if it curbs my appetite.👍
Leaving for Palm Sorongs at midnight after work. Obviously not going to the pool party. I’ll eat the 45 bucks.

Fasting is not going to happen. Period. It’s just not. Inwork a ten hour front line customer service that makes me miserable. Food is all i have to get through it it.

The reason I get depressed and defeated is because I have been working out for three years.
And
Ive probably spent about 30 thousand dollars
( that I really can’t afford to spend) on trainers gyms supps and juice) to do something I don’t enjoy doing but I do out desperation and fear of being old and ignored by my peers.

And no my diet isn’t perfect. But I would expect better results than this considering the effort time and money I’ve spent.
So it’s a lot to look in the mirror and see failure after such a big investment. But no my diet isn’t going to get better. I can barely stand modifying it as much I have. I want a Dr Pepper and and a pizza not chicken.

💪However on a more positive note my arms finally look good. They were 15 three years ago and are 15 now so I haven’t gained any size at all but they look lot better💪

I’m not going 24 hours without eating. That’s not ever going to happen. Ever. It’s a recipe for failure. That will result in eating twice as bad.

✨✨✨I can try some different cycles for cutting I guess. I also have some Npp in the drawer maybe that’s better. In the past I liked this masteron because it kept me hard/ dry
I increased my test recently and that might also add to the water retention✨✨✨

try daily fasted cardio then. get up in the morning. have some sips of water and just go do cardio for as long as you can.. the body will attack fat stores for energy.

yeah it might be uncomfortable but who cares. watch sports on tv. these guys are uncomfortable and putting their bodies through the grinder every play. but they deal with it cause they push themselves

your issue is you aren't pushing yourself enough. you have trained your body to be too complacent and your body has no reason to improve. its the same logic as 500 years ago where only royalty were fat. cause all they did was sit on their asses eating and didn't have to lift a finger. peasants who worked the lands were skinny cause they got just enough food that they really needed and were doing heavy labor all day. you are living like royalty, you eat what you want when you want. and thats why you can't lose that extra tire. as simple as that.

you are simply addicted to food and need it as a treat.

PUSH. we will push you here, just do it man. it will get easy

@SFDom415 dont start with 24 hours no eating how about 14 hours with 10 hour feeding window can you do it? and mix with morning am empty stomach cardio
 
I know you don’t want to but if you would get on a diet for just a couple months you would be surprised with the difference and your whole mind set would change
 
Start by eating in a six to eight hour window and go from there
 
everybody from Pro bodybuilders to normal guys have to eat a certain way to look a certain way
 
work your way up to a 24-hour fast nobody is saying to just jump right into it
