Fasting isn’t that hard man. Give it a shot
try daily fasted cardio then. get up in the morning. have some sips of water and just go do cardio for as long as you can.. the body will attack fat stores for energy.

yeah it might be uncomfortable but who cares. watch sports on tv. these guys are uncomfortable and putting their bodies through the grinder every play. but they deal with it cause they push themselves

your issue is you aren't pushing yourself enough. you have trained your body to be too complacent and your body has no reason to improve. its the same logic as 500 years ago where only royalty were fat. cause all they did was sit on their asses eating and didn't have to lift a finger. peasants who worked the lands were skinny cause they got just enough food that they really needed and were doing heavy labor all day. you are living like royalty, you eat what you want when you want. and thats why you can't lose that extra tire. as simple as that.

I’m not doing this anymore


I’ve had 6 different boys tell me I two weeks

So you know what why am I worrying about this at all.

I just heard it again here in Palm Springs today

And I just worked a ten hour shift then drove all night for 9 hours to get here.
I’m not doing cardio
I’m going to take a nap and hit the leather bar at happy hour

Just forget it.
in fact I’m taking a couple
Mo maths off gym when I get home. I have bills to pay I can’t keep spending
A grand a month I don’t have for training

It's a mindset. You can achieve a lot when you give it your all. Years ago I was I can't do person. Now I am a can do. And life changes have be amazing. Keep pushing brother you can do it.

I’m just an old gay guy trying to keep getting laid and so far it’s working really well so I’m not going break my ass doing more than I have to. But the suppers and enthusiasm is appreciated ❤️

@SFDom415 you can do more in the gym without talking about getting laid, think long term recovery health and looking better and leaner
not just for this meeting but for the next 10 years always being on point and always looking good
i have 2 clients who have your profile and all love life way more and have more fun staying in good shape, thats a bit tight cardio and a bit of a meal clean up but worth it long term
