@SFDom415 you can do more in the gym without talking about getting laid, think long term recovery health and looking better and leaner
not just for this meeting but for the next 10 years always being on point and always looking good
i have 2 clients who have your profile and all love life way more and have more fun staying in good shape, thats a bit tight cardio and a bit of a meal clean up but worth it long term
Great way to put it
 
I can’t fast I’m hungry. But I’ll tell you this week I hooked up and partied and gir high and thus did not anything for about 24 hours.( or sleep)
During that time my weight went from 188 to 183.

The difference i how I looked and felt was amazing.
Then I slept. And the minute I ate my weight went immediately back to 188.

The loss from 181 to 188 was water / bloating and the party loss from 188 to 183 was also water / bloating

Which means I’m bloated with like ten pounds of water.

I don’t know how I can look so good one minute and so bad the next.

And I’m exhausted from trying to keep up.
I barely ate today and I’m bloated abd miserable.

So fuck it.

I do have some phentermine doc prescribed last year but j don’t take it because I can’t just be all spun out everyday. But I’m going to take sone tomorrow morning and see if it curbs my appetite.👍

Well I’m back. Happy holiday season

1. All that massive bloating i was having was really just from 2 back to back runs of antibiotics for an ear infection it really messed up my gut health.

I took a month off training ( I couldn’t afford it) and just ate everything I wanted .donuts pasta Plus it gave my joint/tendon pain time to recover etc. but oddly only gained a few pounds. I’m too thick but it doesn’t bad ( probably need to cut but it can wait till spring

****And I’m keeping me current cycle of
Test masteron and Tren. Which seems to be a good mix ****
This weeks pics look great ( granted I think it’s just good lighting but whatever I feel good)

Only negative is o batting this bicep shoulder tendon thing and pain is cutting into my strength on that right arm for pushing. Pulling is all good

Trainer is putting me back on a three day bro split with a dedicated leg day. I like my nice legs and want them big and noticeable by summer.

get on refridgerated sach boulardii from whole foods. its in the supplement section .. it will work 100%
 
welcome back I learned a few years ago to do this for yourself and not for others
I used to be like you when I was younger always chasing after the young hot portugese 20 year olds. now i go for the 24-25 area

you live in California and have the best fresh fruits available those are the carbs you should be attacking
 
whatever lifts cause your injury to get worse just avoid them it's not going to hurt
