you're not even 200 pounds I'm not sure what you're worried about you don't need that much protein
 
I’m 193 but my goal is180-185pounds max.
But I’d like add about an inch to my chest arms and thighs by summer . But cut my weight down so I’m not fat

180 two years ago when I started versus 190 this week Personally I prefer the smaller tighter look. But I can’t be both at once so. Maybe I’ll stop worrying it. Eat train and let it be.

Well I’m back. Happy holiday season

1. All that massive bloating i was having was really just from 2 back to back runs of antibiotics for an ear infection it really messed up my gut health.

I took a month off training ( I couldn’t afford it) and just ate everything I wanted .donuts pasta Plus it gave my joint/tendon pain time to recover etc. but oddly only gained a few pounds. I’m too thick but it doesn’t bad ( probably need to cut but it can wait till spring

****And I’m keeping me current cycle of
Test masteron and Tren. Which seems to be a good mix ****
This weeks pics look great ( granted I think it’s just good lighting but whatever I feel good)

Only negative is o batting this bicep shoulder tendon thing and pain is cutting into my strength on that right arm for pushing. Pulling is all good

Trainer is putting me back on a three day bro split with a dedicated leg day. I like my nice legs and want them big and noticeable by summer.

This weeks pics after a month off and pigging out on carbs ….

Just a follow-up can you imagine if human beings really needed that much protein?
We would have gone extinct a long time ago which would be a really good thing for the planet

the truth is the way our bodies are set up is that we are true scavengers and we can survive on 0 protein a day or 300 grams of protein a day we have a very versatile diet and we can eat a lot of different things or not eat for weeks on end and still survive. we aren't cats who will get severe health problems with reduced protein diets.

remember you aren't a bodybuilder, you are just a normal guy who wants to look good
it is absurd to think that you need to eat a ton of protein every day it's just not true and anyone who understands the way our body works will understand that
 
You hate this word lol, diet in itself to reach that weight u got to cut out some fun things or some junk and restrictions need to ne made, I know u don't want to do that, but it's what is needed if u want to hit the target weight

🍩 If i just stay hungry all day and night f for three weeks il be 183. It’s his jo maintainable

I’ve had only great feedback though about the bod so I’m going keeo a less stressed attitude over it.

Drawback at 193 I have relentless bouts of hiccups serious ackd rain reflux and indigestion the hiccups go in for hours and hours



Diet today

2 eggs avocado toast
8 ounce apple juice
1 can tomato soup
2 slice sourdough
6 ounces chilaquiles
(?that’s it cuz I came home early with a fever to bed)

Funny thing is the ONE thing I’m craving now with a fever is a box of freakin donuts cuz that sugar is so soothing. I don’t think I can sleep if I don’t get up and find sugar
 
Protein question:

I’m 5’9 183-193 with 183 being my cut target weight.
Trainer says 150g per day.
I don’t like drinking the powder. It’s not THAT bad but I don’t like it so I’m not consistent.

Best way to get 150g per day ?
And
Does 150 sound about right?

I use tuna ( but I load it with mayo)
I use steak but can’t always afford it
I never want to see another piece of chicken
I do line the canned chicken but again mayo and sodium.

By the way canned tuna has double the protein of canned chicken

And I use non fat cottage cheese 16oz has 52g and no fat.

Oh and I have Irvine bars that have 30 but high calories

Options?
Mayo is horrible if you ask me

Test mast Tren tbol
It’s been good but I’m going to run out of mast and I have two leftover viles of NPP
Indknt like waste anything so
Would a
Test Tren NPP Tbol be an ok stack just sonincus use it up before i order again

I’m most sure it matters Since it seem like as long as I do some kind of juice it help regardless of which one it is.

And it tastes disgusting. I just threw mine away.
I bought store brand light Mayo once by accident It went inthe trash.
Best Foods (hellmans) only! 😂
