Th sks. No I’m not very organized. I barely take my really important meds consistently. But little by little. I mean I’m eating now but I will cut in say…. April. I’m really forgetful and unfocused. I should make a list.

The important thing is I’m finally being happy with how I look. Finally. 🙏 but yeh imagine if I really did the diet and supplements right…

My hubby wants me to do volunteer work so that I’ll be around “good people” but I don’t want to be around lesbian cat ladies I want to be around 🔥 🍑 I only have a couple years left to be sexy. And I waited way too late to late to figure out what like ( bdsm) so I’m playing catch up and hurry up. Just being honest. I want all the 🍑 I can get. Can I please just have some fun while I’m still in demand. I was never the one they wanted. Now they do . Let me enjoy it for a minute. You don’t understand. But I appreciate you🙏
 
why are you self-medicating with these types of drugs
Really. I mean we all started partying in our early teens. Inthe late 70s And in high school. It was normal. And all through the 80s it was just part of life. And I to the 90s and beyond. I never look for it but if shows up my response is @ sure I’ll take a little . I don’t even think about it. Just like being in the Jack in the Box drive thru at 1 am is normal. Curly fries Or broccoli ? I will always choose fries. 🐷
 
I have fresh blood work but I’m afraid to post it here cuz you’re all going to tell me I’m about to die. 😂

I don’t really hang out. The drugs just happen to be around when I’m out to get 🍑 I try to avoid it because it’s not conducive to being a good Dom at all. But once in a while I switch. All bets are off.

You can laugh. It’s funny cuz it’s true. The animal rescue or the community center is not full of hot muscle boys doing volunteer work lol.
But someone has to do it. I love cats btw and dykes all good.

Meanwhile I had two personal best this week😃
I did db chest inclines with 50s 12 reps after 4 warm up sets and Db shouler press with 50s 10 reps after 4 warm ups

If I don’t have shoulder/bicep pain I could got a couple more

By the way I’m a big fan of liftkng this thing. Is this like a dead lift ? But with different equip? I should know the names of the exercises I’m doing.

So trainer keeps me motivated by keeping track of the total volume as a measurement .
( reps x weight per week)

My total amount of weight moved keeps going up. My new best on dumbell incline is 50s thus week

I just passed this threshold suddenly where
Now
I feel stronger
I feel more solid
When I have bloated water days I still look good and I don’t feel depressed anymore

And my arms finally look like they have filled out.

If I ever got my diet right I’d look amazing but it’s unlikely.
I believe my advances protected me in the crash last week.
I totaled the Miata on 24 near the tunnel. Hydroplaned Doing 70 hit the center divide. Bounced across three lanes of oncoming traffic spun around slid into the center divide a second time from the rear. Other than hitting the back of my head I walked away with no injuries and the muscle tension was gone the next day. I think being strong helped me not be injured in all the motion and impact.

you keep pumping it even with some pain, you should get some bpc157 for the shoulder

you keep pumping it even with some pain, you should get some bpc157 for the shoulder
Bpc157 Ok I’ll ask Trainer Dan about that. I think he said it’s a tendon that connects the bicep to a shoulder muscle
As soon as Liam goes away another one pops up somewhere else. Getting old is a bitch😝
