Today I was good I made chicken salad sandwich for breakfast. went to the City for trouble … I avoided the meth, got some 🍑 got lots of woofs and chest rubs. had two small vodkas and I’m going home early.
the lifting is really finally paying off!!! I’m going to grab some dinner at jack in the box drive thru tho
But it’s ok for today cuz im gonna work hard this week I’m starting to enjoy this 💪 how’s it look! Getting some growth and shape.⬇️

@SFDom415 smart to the avoid the drugs, a bit of vodka much smarter move. On the twinkies you can get keto style ones have you seen them? like keto premade cakes and cookies bring them with you, try it out at least a chance lol ;)

I know I know i know I know. It’s no secret to anyone including me that my diet is not bever has been and never will be on point.
Now that I’m motivated to lift and see how good I can look by summer I start wk seeing How much better the results will be if I eat correclty .

But I can’t do it. I need that soothing g feeling I get when I eat that food. The best I can do is be aware of it but… it’s like trying to get a smoker to to stop smoking cigarettes. They rarely succeed

I just weighed Amd ripped from 192 yesterday back to 187 this morning even after a Jack in the box binge last night. wtf
 
make your own cookies then at home it would be a fun thing to do with you and your boyfriend together
 
coconut flour is a healthy ingredient and you can cook a lot of things with it
 
if you can dial in your diet you will look very sexy and ripped

Bro. I’m sure it’s delicious but I don’t cook. Nor do I have time to cook. Besides It’s not like I don’t know what to eat and what not to eat. I know Exaclty what jnSHOULD avoid.

My Diet shoud consist of

Chicken
Rice
Green veggies ( broccoli, Brussels sprouts etc)
Yelllow veggies ( squash sweet potato carrots)
Steak and ground beef low fat
100 ounces of water every day
A protein bar
Nonfat cottage cheese
A whey protein shake to keep my protein intake up ( about 150g per day)
Oatmeal

What I should not eat
Gluten /wheat
Breads crackers cookies cakes pies pasta
Juices high in sugar
Fast food
Processed food such as canned spray cheese, cans of chef boy ardee ravioli boxes of cereal
Frozen foods high in sodium
Excessive butter and Mayo
Bloody Mary’s and margaritas and vodka tonics
Meth
Food from gas stations
Dominos pizza


The good diet will keep me cut at 182
The bad diet will boost me up to 195 quickly and beyond.

I love you guys but I don’t cook. And I don’t know how you have time to cook. But I appreciate all the aiggestokns

The I need is the one works for someone who commutes, punches a clock and works 40-60 hours a week has pets to take care a house to take of mountains of housework to do, other obligations And Only a day and Half per week to get laid. And three hours at the gym no time left for shopping all over the town for crazy ingredients like Beeswax and moondust

It’s got to be a simple easy to do diet that doesn’t require any time or effort and then getting me to eat the food and not order a pizza instead is a challenge .

Maybe it’ll sink in but right now I just want a Dr Pepper

I’m glad it’s noticeable That means a lot coming from real bodybuilders
