Yes Sir thank you. on the next set trainer adjusted my form. Back squeeze. As for sets and reps I do what Dan tells me to do. I don’t even pay attention to the work out. I just lift what I’m told to lift the number of times I’m told to. He’s done an amazing job with my body in the six months I’ve been with him. His knowledge of anatomy means he can identify every single pain my ancient old body has. And hesa nutrition expert too. ( I ignore that part)
he’s also a good therapist knows more about me than my hubby knows ) he was very straight forward with me about diet he said “ for you to do what the bros are doing for diet to look that way you would be miserable on that diet because it doesn’t match your social life and you’re not competing it’s not the goal”
Which is true. He so genuine and cares . ( I got little crush on him of course )
oh high reps yes sir we often do 20 reps on several exercises. I do one full hour three times a week.
