Yes Sir The Tbol is amazing. I’ve been using it for a while no matter what else I take. It’s n enhancement for gym days and fun days. I love it.
Meanwhile I made my healthy lunch and forgot my chicken and now I don’t have any protein.

Yes Sir thank you. on the next set trainer adjusted my form. Back squeeze. As for sets and reps I do what Dan tells me to do. I don’t even pay attention to the work out. I just lift what I’m told to lift the number of times I’m told to. He’s done an amazing job with my body in the six months I’ve been with him. His knowledge of anatomy means he can identify every single pain my ancient old body has. And hesa nutrition expert too. ( I ignore that part)
he’s also a good therapist knows more about me than my hubby knows ) he was very straight forward with me about diet he said “ for you to do what the bros are doing for diet to look that way you would be miserable on that diet because it doesn’t match your social life and you’re not competing it’s not the goal”
Which is true. He so genuine and cares . ( I got little crush on him of course )

oh high reps yes sir we often do 20 reps on several exercises. I do one full hour three times a week.
Sticking with trainng for two years has been the best investment I ever made💪😍💪 I’m finally seeing results and getting excited about the weights instead of dreading them.

I’m a dumbass and forgot to grab the chicken out of the fridge this morning so I’m short on protein.

I will confine my twinkie consumption to Sunday Eagle beer bust and make the dumbells my bitches the rest of the week😂
I’m determined to increase the weight.
If Im doing incline 55s for 12 (4)i can probably do 70s for 3 or 4. But we are being careful.
Hes adding more core stuff and cardio👍
My bench is only 135 for 12 (4) which seems weak and sad. I’d like 180 by sumner please.

Sir, They didn’t have whole boxes of quest cookies so I’m ordering them in Amazon for delivery tomorrow. I picked up singles today. The peanut butter has more fiber than the choc it seems 🙌 chicken and rice for work ready to go

@SFDom415 quest looking nice, and dont worry about the fiber, you should add psyllium husk daily 2 tbsp, please add it

@SFDom415 you looked horrible before! but now wow! you're much better, like night and day, we can do a great before and after with you :) you look amazing now compared to before

Thank you Sir. I’ll never let myself go like that again. I had given up until one morning rolling out bed with joint pain I said enough. I had figured my heyday had passed. Turns out it’s right now🥵 life is short. Remember what Mae West said
“Life is a buffet and most poor suckers are starving to death”

This pic is a couple years ago cut at 180 after l lost the 47 pounds of biscuits and gravy - but before any muscle growth I actually like that trim tight look (to fem with) but the goal is beefy and thick with a tight 34 waist. That’s a high expectation but Nothing to lose by trying.

I love nuts Sir. Didn’t know they help with fat loss. They are filling and help with cravings though.
I’m really happy. I’m excited now. And the encouragement here is sinking in. wtf. I actually feel gratitude. You know the first thing i do at the gym every time i walk in is tell Dan “guess what the Bros said yesterday” he sees a whole attitude chsnge and aggression. ( my bro Tren has my back too, love him. He’s gonna get me killed on the fwy tho)
