I love nuts Sir. Didn’t know they help with fat loss. They are filling and help with cravings though.
I’m really happy. I’m excited now. And the encouragement here is sinking in. wtf. I actually feel gratitude. You know the first thing i do at the gym every time i walk in is tell Dan “guess what the Bros said yesterday” he sees a whole attitude chsnge and aggression. ( my bro Tren has my back too, love him. He’s gonna get me killed on the fwy tho)

Speaking of age.. How old are you Sir? All I can say is after 50 aging is brutal.and relentless. The best weapon to combat aging has to be bodybuilding/ training
(and Botox is a beautiful thing) ) start both of those young.

I’ve seen this disturbing trend on social media where these young guys are jacked and then purposely get fat while followers praise them for it. What the everluving fk is wrong with them?

Ever since we had to put our dog down I can’t stop hugging my cat.

I’ve never heard of this. What if just eat assorted mixed nuts all at once.
Honestly though I’ve never been allergic to any food that’s for sure. 🐷

Thank you Sir. I’ve adjusted my attitude. Attack this this dont dread it For a long time I’ve been spending time and money and being depressed doubtful and defeated Wondering if it’s even worth it.
I know I always say my motivation is to be desirable and relevant to my peers, But it also feels good to look in the mirror and genuinely like what I see.
I ski I kayak I whitewater I hike, and now I lift. Active strong and confident that’s the place to be.

I never learned how to fight. I was a little sissy as a kid . It might just be the steroids but I kinda want learn how to beat the crap out of someone just in case the fascists come or because it would just feel good to do it. But I’d look like a little bitch trying to punch that bag lol. Still . I think about it tho.

Down one pound (water) to 187.8
Goal 182. Inspite of being constipated for two days since I changed my diet.
Ima bloated watery mess. . But that’s ok.

Food for today will be
16 ounces Chicken

Almonds
Small salad
1 avocado
1Orange
1Apple
Water

I’m going to eat these last crusts of sourdough Beciase I can’t throw away good sourdough bread. But I think that’s ok.

cycle nuts for sure. like 2 weeks on 3 weeks off.
