Approved Log My 2023 Testosterone Masteron Trenbolone Cycle Log

Just to update my current cycle

Total per week but divided into two times half and half

Test300 600 wk 300 300
Mast200 400 wk 200 200
Tren150 300 wk 150 150
Tbol oral 50 per work out ( 3 times a week ) and i pop a couple Tbols on play days cuz it makes me horny af.

I use these amounts simply becuase it’s easy to keep track. I really like this stack I’ve been on it for months .

I can adjust the combination up or down per anyone’s suggestion less test more Tren etc.

I’m wondering about the big punching bag thing
Any thoughts on that.
I never learned how to fight. I was a little sissy as a kid . It might just be the steroids but I kinda want learn how to beat the crap out of someone just in case the fascists come or because it would just feel good to do it. But I’d look like a little bitch trying to punch that bag lol. Still . I think about it tho.
Probably just brobro Tren whispering in my ear 😂
Any benefit? Or would it be be wast if my limited time.
@SFDom415 a punching bag is great to lower stress and pressure, so I would do it just dont hurt your shoulders.

Day3 feb 22

Down one pound (water) to 187.8
Goal 182. Inspite of being constipated for two days since I changed my diet.
Ima bloated watery mess. . But that’s ok.
Gym at 1 I’ll post todays work out
Food for today will be
16 ounces Chicken
Rice
Almonds
Small salad
1 avocado
1Orange
1Apple
Water

I’m going to eat these last crusts of sourdough Beciase I can’t throw away good sourdough bread. But I think that’s ok.

@SFDom415 you're looking great, good body leaner but water retention will go down as you cut the breads. Stay on this diet and add some quest.

Thank you Sir that is very helpful. I figured I didn’t need that much test ( you’ll think this is weird but I upped it thinking that would bring back my certain pit scent that the subs liked. It had vanished and I originally just came to this site to ask if steriods might have anything to do with it going away…. I didn’t plan on staying here..well now we think the culprit was an over chlorinated pool in Palm Springs. Scent is apparently microbes that had to rebuild over time-anyway it’s back so i feel like I exist again. it wasn’t the test or the diet so I can lower the test )

Umm the arimidex is suppose to be half a tab twice a week. I never remember it.

The n2gaurd has been suggested many times and I just forget .so I’ll Google it and order it.

I also have recent bloodwork I still have uploaded Beciase people seem so alarmed.

I’m trying to be focused. It’s really difficult

2 slice sourdough toast
About 10 oz chicken
About a cup of cooked rice
1 apple
1 orange
4 strawberries
4 cantaloupe slices
Small napa salad
1 Noosii * Yogurt
Quest peanut butter cookie
2 sliced cheese with 6 saltine crackers
64 oz water

what I see is no junk or fast food but I see not enough protein here. Also what happens when I cut my sugar and carbs they slip back in in the form of fruit. I’ll dial that back

I get home from work at midnight and have cravings that won’t let me sleep. Thus the 6 plain crackers with cheese…better than an entire frozen pizza. Just enough bite to calm the craving. Cut that out.gotta go.

I did accept the homemade brownie from coworker but did NOT shove it in my face. It’s in the freezer for an emergency.‼️

it’s 1am now when Im usually going through the kitchen eating anything I can fjnd. But I’m going to bed hungry instead. 👍👍no grazing🐷

The goal of getting from 189/92 down to 182
Gives me a flat stomach. But the truth is it’s all water. I actually need to lose 10 pounds of visceral belly fat so that my real weight is 172 And my bloated watery weight is 182 That way I can be bloated and still look good. That is much harder task. I’ll also lose all my beefy looks up top and be in the wrong category. Beefy Daddy is more popular than cut jock. can’t be both. 🤔
Maybe compromise and split the difference

And this recti thing means my belly pushes out no matter what. So that internal fat really needs to go. I know what to do. Start jogging

Day three of diet and I’m bloated constipated and look like shit. This is when i usually give up and go into depression.
“It’s not worth it” “thisis a waste of time” “no matter what I do I’ll be old and ugly” etc
Etc Then “ fuck it I’m calling Domino’s”
Luckily I’m here at evo and made a commitment. I’m getting so much support here so I don’t wanna give up look and like a little bitch I’ll ask trainer to say mean things and smack me In the head… that might help 😂😂😂

Thank you Sir. I’ll never let myself go like that again. I had given up until one morning rolling out bed with joint pain I said enough. I had figured my heyday had passed. Turns out it’s right now🥵 life is short. Remember what Mae West said

This pic is a couple years ago cut at 180 after l lost the 47 pounds of biscuits and gravy - but before any muscle growth I actually like that trim tight look (to fem with) but the goal is beefy and thick with a tight 34 waist. That’s a high expectation but Nothing to lose by trying.

Excited to pick up the new car today…but they tell me last minute hubby has to sign now he’s gotta take off work and drive to Daly City. Stress. So he wants this bacon cheeseburger and fries…. And in spite of being stressed and hungry I did NOT order one for me. I’m going to wait and go home to eat chicken and rice.
Do you know how hard it was toNOT order a bacon cheeseburger 🍔 lol 🤤
But I’m not letting Bros down.💪the struggle is real.🥵🥵🥵

2. Food ( chicken, Mayo sourdough toast, butter, 1 orange, 1 quest cookie.
3. My arms are starting to look like arms I thought it would never happen. 😍
4. And picked up the new miata today👅I’m naming her Miss Behavior ( + Tren = a disgruntled CHP)
5. Weight down a half pound to 187. In spite of being water bloated and constipated AF from the diet. My actual weight prolly 185 now.

That not hard at all because when you eat something like that you get about six seconds of dopamine Rush satisfaction and then hours of feeling disgusting
one thing I learned when I was an endurance athlete is if I put any sign of junk in my body I paid the price when I would go train and it was not a fun experience dry heaving or throwing up six miles into a ten mile run

Also I definitely get the addiction part because I used to eat junk food in my early twenties on a daily basis but once you stop consuming it trust me when I say you'll find that disgusting. I can't even stand the smell of fast food and I don't even allow it in my house
 
What I would tell you is make your own Burger with healthy ingredients
