I posted a photo of what I take each day for liver/organ support in my log. It was within the last 7 days. It’s the most economical and very strong liver support. Way better than n2guard. I think I forgot to take a photo of the TUDCA though.

there is no way to know how well dosed they are

I know right Sir.… He was working a double. though. Covid test was neg so that’s good cuz I have social day today tho I’d better skip brunch. Dan said “ absolutely not” to training Body has to rest etc etc. he’s the best trainer ever always watching out and being careful and helping and supporting. (I’m bro crushing 😂)

my bed is soaked from sweating 🥵 but I promised to play tour guide in the city today for a coworker from Seattle. It’ll be an abbreviated day. He wants to walk the gg bridge. I’m not walking that damn bridge so I’ll drop him at one end and drive across and wait lol.😂 these set backs make me crazy but the truth is I’m not losing muscle from missing one gym.

(Sorry I talk a lot cuz I’m alone and never have anyone to talk to) I hear rupaul so hubby must be awake. There are elevators in the towers. And a crew of (real) men who climb up and down those cables painting that beast nonstop year after year. I’m puffy because I ate sugar ( tons of juice) and sodium( soup and crackers) to feel better. Thank you all for being so nice.

Your bloods not good. RBC high, hematocrit is high with cd8 high. Usually, when RBC and hematocrit levels are high in conjunction with elevated CD8 positive lymphocytes, it suggests that the body is undergoing a significant physiological or pathological response. This could be a reaction to an infection, inflammation, a compensatory mechanism to chronic hypoxia, or other conditions stimulating both erythropoiesis and the immune system. I see you're sick now so maybe latent sickness. I suggest getting n2guard with daily electrolytes and liquid intake.

You can get lenny larry cookies if you feel better on them than on quest, as long as you stay away from junk.

This is why I give up.

I ordered the burger But as a lettuce wrap no bun. They didnt make it right. I’m getting pretty fed up paying these exorbitant prices in this town for bullshit food and bad service. And this pretty guest I’m hosting .. thought I was gonna some.. …hasn’t stopped talking about trains.and his ex. Super irritated now. 😡
But. At least I didn't eat any bread and this will be my only meal today. And only ate half those fries. 👍

High up your vitamin C, D, NAC and add elderberry olive leaf.

OMG ok y’all have me doing waaaaay too much. There is no possible way for me to keep track of all these bodybuilding requirements and diets and supplements and ingredients and cooking and everything.
I can’t even find my car keys or get to work or gym on time or remember to take my 2 daily meds or rmeber what I ate for breakfast. let alone do all these additional things. This is way too extra I can’t. I don’t even remember which 2 days I inject the steriods. It’s a random 2 different days every week whenever I happen to think of it.
where does everyone have time for this?
Heres what I can do

1.Pay the trainer so that I’ll show up for something I hate doing
2 try to eat better and I’m going to fail at that
Anyway
3 do the steriods so i at least feel alive snd not over the hill.

Everything else is too much. I don’t have time. I already dont get enough sleep. And only have one day a week to get laid and that’s not happnenng . So fuck it. I should have had the biscuits and gravy today at least something would have been pleasurable.

@SFDom415 right now when you're sick you need more vitamin D and C, if you got n2guard coming add that. Just stay taking vitamins in morning, you taking vitamins in AM with food?

I don’t know when I take the vitamins Not everyday I can’t remember anything. I don’t even take my bipolar meds everyday. Let alone all this other stuff. Too much. Too many things

@SFDom415 how about we plan in morning AM you take all your vitamins when you wake up with food every day, can we set up a reminder on your phone? so its easy. This way you can recover from sickness faster and feel better.

Yep sorry about that Sir ii do have those organizers I’ve just never filed them up.. I was frustrated cuz I didn’t get what I wanted but then I did find it so I’m good . As I’ve I gotten older I do not like to multitask . I can do one thing at a time. I’m clear now tomorrow i can focus on getting the supplements. I’ll make a list.
And I’ll cook up all the chicken for meal prep this week.

I’m am very committed. Dramatic maybe. But still committed. 90 days. Ripped for summer.
I’m going to attack the diet and the weights to the best of my ability one day at a time. 👍
