Your bloods not good. RBC high, hematocrit is high with cd8 high. Usually, when RBC and hematocrit levels are high in conjunction with elevated CD8 positive lymphocytes, it suggests that the body is undergoing a significant physiological or pathological response. This could be a reaction to an infection, inflammation, a compensatory mechanism to chronic hypoxia, or other conditions stimulating both erythropoiesis and the immune system. I see you're sick now so maybe latent sickness. I suggest getting n2guard with daily electrolytes and liquid intake.

I’m not eating junk anymore.. although being sick.. I did have too much sugar ( tons of cranberry juice ) And sodium ( bone broth soup and salting crackers)

I can’t even find my car keys or get to work or gym on time or remember to take my 2 daily meds let alone do all these extra extra things. This is way to extra for me. I can’t. I don’t even remember which 2 days I inject the steriods. It’s different every week.

@SFDom415 how about we plan in morning AM you take all your vitamins when you wake up with food every day, can we set up a reminder on your phone? so its easy. Yep sorry about that Sir ii do have those organizers I’ve just never filed them up.. I was frustrated cuz I didn’t get what I wanted but then I did find it so I’m good . As I’ve I gotten older I do not like to multitask . I can do one thing at a time. I’m clear now tomorrow i can focus on getting the supplements. I’ll make a list.You need to have one of those pill organizers with morning and evening and also set a reminders on your phone. You have to take your meds on time.
