The bloating is a constant issue Sir.
I can wake up tight and hard and two hours kat be puffy and bloated
Weight will fluctuate 5 pounds
Under that bloat is is hard muscle but no one will ever see it
I’m trying to be a body builder as an afterthought.

And squeeze in a work out three days week.
Apparently THAT is not going to work.
Seems it has to be a priority
Gym(trainer)gym(trainer) gym(trainer) and an extra day of self gym (planet) + cardio+rmemeber to take all the supps+ find time to do meal prep+
seems all consuming.
The prob is I wake up at 9am and have to be at gym at 1pm and work at 230p
Looks like I have four hours to get shit done right?
Nope cuz I wander around the house in fog going in circles for two of those hours. ADHD.
The first hour is just make and drink the coffee. An hour distracted by porn (cuz the steriods keep me in heat all the time) Plus I’m obsessed with keeping the laundry done and the kitchen clean and the dishwasher loaded and unloaded.
I run out the door late every day forget to take my pre workout or forget to eat then im hungry at gym. I forget things constantly I’m sure i will have dementia soon .
And 3 or 4 of seven days I don’t remember to take my meds . The two important ones that keep me 1. Alive.2 reasonably sane.
My inability to focus is getting worse.
Meanwhile my husband works 50 percent more hours Commutes further Spends three times more time at the gym and has all his shakes and supps and everything like clcockwork.
For real I’m thinking some
Weekly time in serious prolonged restraints might calm the fight down. Surrender and chill therapy.
My distraction and inability to focus is a worsening problem. I has to stop.
