There are so many products and so many have fillets or weak ingredients or whatver and so many price points. so hard to know for sure Sir
Fact is I can’t afford any of this but I need to use something for support.

Would it be ok to try this first and see if my blood looks better. Then go from there Sir? 🙏

This horrible side by side comparison
I don’t understand how I can look both ways at the same time. I’ll feel great at one glance then look again and realize I look as bad now as I did three years ago with no progress.

There’s a very specific shape like a belt of puffy fat around the side and bulging out the front.

You can see the lines where the real outline SHOUD be But this thing this blob of whatever it is never goes away.


I feel like no amiunt of diet or training will ever make that go away.

I measure right now with a 35/36 waist if I hold in my belly and tighten everything firm.

But if I eat or relax this thing balloons up.

If I do 90 days and this thing still exists then what

What is that? Fat? Water? Stretched out a muscles ?

I do have this diastasis recti issue and maybe nothing will ever hold all that in. It feels like everything g falling out.

This thing in this pic is THE ruination of my life.
And it sends me directly to “ fuck it call Dominies”

Please 🙏make it go away. Whatever that is It has to go away.
And since I’m in a deficit to drop weight everything is shrinking EXCEPT this.

It’s crazy how clearly defined that thing is.

I stopped taking measurements a year ago because the numbers would put me in a spiral.
But with this 90 days I’d lie to havea comparison so I’ll ask trainer to measure everything today

I tried to measure my arm yesterday and it’s smaller than two years ago . With a flex but no pump I was barely 14. Yet they look goid in pics. They were 15.5 at biggest.

I need at least 17. I don’t see how that’s even possible when I’m trying to shrink my waist at the same time.

1. Whah where hiw is the correct way to measure?

If I relax my arms at my side. My number is
13 and flexed 14. That’s smaller than a year ago.

Calves seem to be 16 that’s with zero calf work though.
Thigh 21 ish
Neck17
Chest is maybe 42
Hip 39
Wrist 7
Forearm flexed is 12
Goals should be like

You have some good entertaining posts bro, lol. The main thing I can preach to you is consistency. Stop worrying about the short-term water weight gain/loss. Focus on the right behaviours long-term. Those will get you to your goals.

I think we need to do a few things.
More probiotics
More digestive enzymes
more psyllium husk
its not a lot, just a few capsules and some fiber, can you do that to start?

You are correct. I can pretend to be excited about losing 5 pounds in 10 days but I’ve been down this road a million times. I’ve barely been eating half the food i post and the first ten pounds is water that will return as soon as I go back to eating.

I’ll stick with my 90 day commitment as a way if retraining my Eating habits. And I HOPE it eats into some of the actual fat loss not just water.

If I still have a bloated belly after suffering for three months I will crash and burn, party and hoe around on meth for a week, then eat dominos pizza and Dr peepee and Jack in the box. And be Exaclty back where I started.

If anyone sees BM please tell him I have my plane tickets.😂😂

And squeeze in a work out three days week.

Apparently THAT is not going to work.
Seems it has to be a priority

Gym(trainer)gym(trainer) gym(trainer) and an extra day of self gym (planet) + cardio+rmemeber to take all the supps+ find time to do meal prep+
seems all consuming.

The prob is I wake up at 9am and have to be at gym at 1pm and work at 230p

Looks like I have four hours to get shit done right?
Nope cuz I wander around the house in fog going in circles for two of those hours. ADHD.
The first hour is just make and drink the coffee. An hour distracted by porn (cuz the steriods keep me in heat all the time) Plus I’m obsessed with keeping the laundry done and the kitchen clean and the dishwasher loaded and unloaded.
I run out the door late every day forget to take my pre workout or forget to eat then im hungry at gym. I forget things constantly I’m sure i will have dementia soon .
And 3 or 4 of seven days I don’t remember to take my meds . The two important ones that keep me 1. Alive.2 reasonably sane. 😂

My inability to focus is getting worse.
Meanwhile my husband works 50 percent more hours Commutes further Spends three times more time at the gym and has all his shakes and supps and everything like clcockwork.
For real I’m thinking some
Weekly time in serious prolonged restraints might calm the fight down. Surrender and chill therapy.

My distraction and inability to focus is a worsening problem. I has to stop. ✋

@SFDom415 focusing is hard, you need to think fo the end goal and push it hard.
There are stim peptides you can use, try those they are nootropics.

week Sirs I wanted to post my Tuesday and Thursday workouts side by side but Danny bo banny is too busy to send todays screen shot rn so here is Tuesdays.

I know we upped the Db shoulder bench to 45s today and I think my reg bench was 135s for a full ten

One thing I AM happy with in spite of diet and aesthetic problems. My strength… and my increases in total volume week after after week are on point. I am absolutely getting stronger, not prettier but yes stronger.
