I’m going to murder this belly if it kills me be back in 30You get up in the morning and do cardio before you have your first meal. I do this 3-4 days per week on my non lifting days. I do 20min on the StairMaster which gets my heart rate up to about 140 bpm and then go directly into 10-15 degree incline on the treadmill at 3mph for 60min. Burns a lot of fat and increases the metabolism for the entire day.
